You may use Spinvolta for personal, educational and commercial purposes, free of charge. You don't need an account. We may change or improve features at any time.

Don't use Spinvolta to break the law, harass or harm anyone, share hateful, sexual or violent content, run gambling or lotteries where they're not permitted, impersonate others, attack or overload our service, or scrape it. We may remove shared wheels or close rooms that break these rules.

If you run a giveaway, you're the organiser: you're responsible for clear rules, eligibility, following each platform's promotion guidelines and local laws, contacting winners and delivering prizes. Spinvolta provides the random draw and a verifiable proof; it is not a party to your promotion. Nothing on Spinvolta is legal advice.

You keep the rights to wheels and entries you create. By creating a share link, room or proof you let us store and display that content to people who have the link, for the retention periods in our privacy policy. Make sure you have the right to share it.

We design our randomness to be fair and explain exactly how on the fairness page. For high-stakes draws, use a provably fair draw so the result can be independently verified.

Spinvolta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for decisions made using random results. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
